Bitcoin dominance drops to nearly 1/3 of total cryptocurrencies market capitalization

Bitcoin now makes up only 1/3 of total cryptocurrencies market capitalization. A drop from 2/3 to 1/3 happened in just one month. Will it bounce back just like half a year ago? ❓ Altcoins are gaining momentum.

Bitcoin will likely lose dominance allowing current unreliable price fluctuation (speculation), slow transactions and high fees. Percentage of total cryptocurrencies market capitalization dominance will depend, on how it can be used as a digital asset (digital gold), payment system and economicaly (ecologicaly) efficiently. It lacks support for contracts and there will be other future crypto use cases.
