Trolling or elaborate scheme of money laundering is the sudden generous offer of the distribution of bitcoins that followed the attack on the Bitfinex team, decided to Reddit users.

On the eve of a popular Internet website Reddit under the name unknown rekcahxfb (anagram bfxhacker) created a topic in which he stated that he is ready to transfer 1000 BTC ($580 thousand) random user that will leave the address of your bitcoin wallet in the discussion thread.

"Write your address below. A week later, one lucky winner will receive 1000 bitcoins, " he wrote. At the time of this writing, wishing to get a large amount left under the theme of more than 2,700 comments.

In confirmation of the fact that the money he has, rekcahxfb "burned" 10 bitcoins, sending them to the address "eater bitcoins.

Some users, however, reacted to this proposal with skepticism, saying that the hackers who stole more than 120 thousand of bitcoins (more than $73 million) on the Hong Kong cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex, want a way to launder money and engage in criminal scheme the innocent users.

"Guys, you realize this guy just trolls people with the help of free money? He is going to send these coins to one of its own addresses in a week. And one of the Reddit accounts that he created, will be screaming how he became rich," wrote a user -Hayo-.

"This creates additional "plausible deniability" for any investigation. Receive stolen funds is a lesser crime than burglary and theft of tens of millions of dollars", — said Penroze.

"Why not send a thousand addresses with 1 bitcoin and have "tea"? Then you can get a % of the laundered money," wrote acec.

The user ukb90 wrote that even 10 bitcoins could change his life, but he doubts that the money will get someone other than the hacker.

"He declares himself the winner and will appear as an innocent man who won the lottery. But even if the winner is not himself a thief, he is still involved in illegal activities," wrote Corelianer.

UPD: the "hacker" gets at 0.001 BTC for the participation in the lottery. Be careful!
