Why international and Indian rates are different for Ripple, bitcoin.....

So recently i started dealing with Crypto currency in india, and since there are many regulations here we really dont have many options to buy them from.
and the major question athat arised was why the rates are diffrent in international market and india. So did some research and found that Being decentralised in nature, its natural that different exchanges will have different rates.
Though the rates vary due to factors like demand in the country, dollar/fiat conversion, buyer/seller sentiments in the exchange, and several other factors.

In India There are 2 main players in this space Zebpay and Koinex, There is a major basic difference between These two

While Koinex is only a trading platform, Zebpay is a broker.

So Zebpay can (Even though its marginal) change and manipulate prices . Which is mentioned in there terms and conditions and is accepted by us when we register.

On The other hand Koinex is a trading platform with no control on any Crypto currency. It executes buy/sell orders as per the bids placed by users.
