BINANCE - a new exchange with own crypto

Binance is an exchange with many cryptovalues.
The curious thing is that it also uses bnb, the binance coin, ITS coin. And if you buy some of them, you can use them to pay the fees, with a reduced price (I think 25% less than the regular fee)
