I like the example of #ObamaAffair. I remember 20 years ago, my primary school teacher gave us a task in an activity. He told the first person a short story, but when the story reaches the last person, it became a total different story. Imagine how crazy it is. I still remember this clearly, because it's human nature and we can't stop it. So, use own common sense and logic is the best move when making decisions. At least when a mistake is made, you have no one to blame other than correcting yourself by learning your own mistakes.
