Bill Gates talking about the demand for the internet in 1994, reminded me a lot about blockchain

I love how he predicted watching movies, sports, music and games on the internet. Even multiplayer games and people streaming them. Talks about how easy it will be to get more information about anything, guess he is the richest man in the world for a reason.
A lot of the speech reminded me of Net Neutrality, censorship, the attention economy and how there is a huge demand for it in this day and age just like there was demand for the internet back then.
I use the Internet as an analogy with blockchain quite often... the Internet was perhaps the last previous great disruption to how we do things. I think right now blockchain tech is at about the "AOL 3.0" stage... a lot of people are aware of the infernal marketing floppy disks everywhere, but not that many people have tried it yet.
