FIGHT EMOTIONAL STRESS, YOU CAN DO IT
Dear Someone,
No matter how broken you feel, you can put yourself back together with self love. It’s not always going to be easy & it won't happen overnight, but you are strong enough to fill the cracks in your heart with unbreakable & unconditional self love.
Generally, most of us have experienced love and we've been hurt in one way or another. Personally, I used to be sad when good times ended. But I realized that I was taking things for granted. So I learned how to appreciate everything & cherish every moment. I am no longer hurt when things fall apart. I am thankful for the time that it lasted & hold onto the good memories.
Depression makes one to have suicidal thoughts; overthinking doesn't do anything but stress you out & keep you from being happy. Most of what you overthink about will never happen. You have to learn how to redirect negative thoughts into something positive. You can only learn from your past, you can’t change it so stop dwelling on it.
Realizing your worth is the first step in the healing process. Moving on is not an easy process. Moving on does not happen overnight. Moving on is determined by how far you’re willing to walk away. Moving on is determined by how much you’re willing to sacrifice & fight mentally & physically to learn how to be Ok & happy without that person.
Your pain & suffering may seem like it will last forever, but one day you will heal. You‘ll get out of the struggle you’re in & finally step into prosperity. Everything you’re going through is hard, yet necessary. Grow through it. Let it make you stronger & wiser. Keep going, you can do it.
