A #smartCity is problematic, because no city can actually think

Although, visiting the big city can be entertaining, living there is anything but my dream.

"Smart" is different things to different people. A #smartCity is problematic, because no city can actually think. Furthermore, no city offers everything I need nor want.

However, herding all people into limited geographical corrals does offer simplicity in controlling the herd, doesn't it?
