What really happens at Dying?
What happens when we die is no mystery to Jehovah, the creator of the brain. He knows the truth, and in his word, The Bible, explains the state of the deceased. There, this fact is clearly taught: when a person dies, it ceases to exist. Death is the opposite of life, so that the dead do not see, hear or think. Not a single part of us continues to live. When the body dies In effect we do not possess an immortal soul or spirit.
After affirming that the living know they will die, Solomon wrote that the dead "The dead [...] are not aware of anything at all". Then he broadens that fundamental truth by saying that they can not love or hate and that there is no work or formation of projects or wisdom in the [tomb] "(Ecclesiastes 9; 5, 6, 10). Similarly, Psalm 146: 4 says when someone dies, "their thoughts perish"; "In effect, they are completely finished.
The truth is that we are mortal and we do not continue living after the death of the body. Our life is like the flame of the candle. When it goes out, it does not go anywhere, but simply ceases to exist
