Chelsea defender David Luiz broke his wrist in Arsenal draw after clattering into advertising boards
David Luiz bravely played for 45 minutes with a broken wrist during Sunday's London derby with Arsenal.
Brazil defender Luiz crashed into advertising hoardings just before half time at Stamford Bridge and refused to come off.
Luiz is banned for Chelsea's next three matches after being sent off in the dying moments of the goalless draw but is determined to soldier on with a splint for protection.
He is expected to carry on training as usual and is confident that he will not miss any games.
Antonio Conte is set to turn to youngster Andreas Christensen during Luiz's ban.
The Italian said: “Christensen is a very young player but I think he is a good player and I trust him.
