Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the Rule of Thirds. But here you have a perfect usage of this, with two blue accents in the intersection points!
Plus you used to the max the power of complementary colors.
And everything is just spot-on.
I'm not surprised that F-Stoppers loved it :D
