yes... but if we have a goal we can try to wake up (maybe) a little bit earlier :D

There are a lot of people who wake up earlier, but the time they spend to reach their goals is lower! So, I think that the time we put in to reach our goals is more important than waking up a little bit earlier. :D

hm for myself i wake up at 4 am and starting already my day with sports and so on before i go to my work. If i wouldnt do it ... i would get so tired and fall asleep the whole day. Dopamine is the key :D
