That;s interesting to know, I assumed Green coffee is one of the variety, but it's a process. It will be nice to see some post on more information. I love the aroma of the coffee. The problem is I am getting allergic to milk, I love Cappuccino, but in the last few years have stopped. I have never tried a decaffeinated coffee, wonder how it will taste.
