BeerSaturday Challenge #58. Solera ALT ( Inspired by the German tradition)
Hello friends, I'm glad to be back, last saturday I tried some Solera ALT Beer.
Solera Alt is a new amber colored beer with aroma of toasted malt grains, fruit accents and slight bitterness. It is of high fermentation and its process is carried out at low temperatures, its inspiration of origin goes back to the German city of Düsseldorf.
It is a beer characterized by its dark copper color, with aroma of toasted malt grains and fruity accents. Discreetly bitter, with 5% (° G.L.) And body very well balanced between medium and strong. It is ideal to make harmonies with pork, blood sausage, potato salad and even with dark chocolates.
This drink is slightly bitter and can be accompanied with both salty and strong dishes as the traditional and typical of Germany; At the same time they can be enjoyed with any dessert. It's perfect to share with family and friends and apparently it's here to stay.
