I like a drink when out for dinner, but sometimes that will be wine, other times beer, it depends on what I am eating, who I am with and what kind of mood I'm in :o)

Makes sense Dan.. I do drink hard liquor also, mainly whiskey and rum, but to be honest I prefer beer and wine..
Single malt Irish whiskeys are the best! :)
Guess where I was over the weekend.... A distillery tour in Dingle in county Kerry, while on a stag... It was so interesting to see how it is made.. They specialise in Whiskey, but do a really good gin as well.. I'll do a post about in the next week or so..
I would assume the tour also included whiskey tasting :)) Haha
I look forward to seeing how they make it; I guess it's different to how I imagine it :)
Ha ha, it did indeed. It included Whiskey and Gin tasting at the end... It was really great!!
