Your Mom on French Toast

What a name for a delicious beer. I’ve been stockpiling away some of these cans to see how this beer ages. Your Mom is an imperial stout with maple syrup and cinnamon. I’ve posted about this one before, but it’s entirly a different beer now. The aging process has increased the complexity of the underlying stout base. The maple flavor is more forward and is balanced out by rich chocolate.
