I'm going to start a sweepstakes on the email newsletter but it's only for US residents. So I was thinking, what if I did a weekly contest here?

I'd keep it simple. If you upvote and resteem, I'll randomly select somebody to get a prize. I don't have much to give away right now but maybe I just give half the SBD I receive for the post?
