3 Exercises To Get Rid of Double Chin
The Kiss:
While standing, tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling.
Pucker up your lips in a pout and “kiss the ceiling.”
Hold this position for 5 counts and then release.
Repeat this 15 times in a row.
Do this daily at least for a few weeks.
Neck Roll:
While standing, drop your chin forward to your chest.
Slowly rotate the head to the right.
Hold your head for a 5 count.
Then rotate your head back down so that your chin is to your chest.
Continue to rotate your head to the left again hold your head for a five count.
Do 5 to 10 repetitions of this exercise, about 3 times a day for several weeks.

Hi @fani.jaat. I have double chin issue . Moreover my face looks bit obese and even neck. I had tried that ceiling kissing and rotating exercise . But we have to follow a better diet along with this. Do you know any remedy to reduce neck fat.
