Murray's pomade is BAD for you. STOP USING IT NOW!
Murray's pomade has been around for a long time. Mr. C.D. Murray, founder of Murray's Superior Products Company, based his business on a simple principle. He believed that an honest product sold at a fair price would spell success. He began producing hair products out of his Chicago barber shop in 1925. But is this product really GOOD for you?
Now the fact that when it is applied, it pulls hairs out. This stuff will NOT come off of your hands. It gets all over your sink and takes forever to wash out. Even if you wash it 6 times with shampoo and conditioner in the shower, it won't come out. Stubborn little @#$%!. Not only that, but when styling it works great. I guess that is the only pro im gonna mention besides the fact it smells ok. Even if you moisten your hair with water before application it still pulls the hell out of your hair. I look at my hand after application, and I see many strands of hair that took 5 months to grow out.
Besides the fast that it pulls your hair and is a huge mess to wash out and to deal with period, I wanted to mention the fact, when you use this stuff and wash it out of your hair, it strips your hair of your natural oils and breaks hairs, which is not healthy AT ALL.
So overall recommendation- This stuff is cheap for a reason...don't use it.
