One afternoon in Ujong Manggeng | #RNpic1
Some of the following photos are actually old files that have been heavily piled up on laptops. At that time I had the opportunity to visit Manggeng in Southwest Aceh. These photos were taken before sunset in January 2015.
People often call this local tourist area with Ujong Manggeng. Consisting of beaches, river mouths and swamps, Ujong Menggeng is suitable for you who want to relax. Its position is directly opposite to the Indian Ocean, and certainly very suitable to enjoy the sunset.
In the afternoons there are many young people who work here. There are who play football, down the beach and just chatting with friends.
Ujong Manggeng is also famous for its wide and sloping beaches. Get to the south end, there's Kuala Manggeng and the swamp forest. This estuary presents a simple nuance of calm. Here are some photos we've taken:
