Island life: Sundaze

Living on this island allows me a chance to feel like I am truly “coming into my own”. It gives the opportunity to be yourself and really shed all the superficial statuses of the states. To “let your freak flag fly” and explore the weird creative side of yourself that may have been laying dormant for too long due to the fear of judgements from others. I have never been to any other place that is so understanding, compassionate and supportive as a whole. Every day I gain more confidence, every day I see acts of kindness that truly humble me to my core. Sometimes it feels like I’m living in a dream but it’s my reality. ❤️🏝

This weekend I got a group of friends together for a full day of fun in the sun leading into a night of cooking out and sitting by a fire. Thinking this should be my new goal for all sundays.
