100% Beach Bum..

The heat finally arrived on the left coast after 9 months. Of course, this means all hell will break loose within the tragic comedic farce that is the media frenzy machine.
That aside, it's Friday and, as mentioned, the SUP arrived and it took 15 minutes to get it up and running into the water. It's the perfect therapy for all my fractures at the right time. After an hour on the lake every bit of me hurts but it's a good hurt.
I think I should send the receipt to the insurance company as there is no better therapy than this for me at this time.
Yesterday I went out in the kayak for an hour and the SUP is far better for me as I can alter my positions easily. One of the consequences of the injuries is that I can't stay in one position for too long.
My first batch of ginger ale is ready and it turned out awesome! A nice cool down drink after an hour on the lake.
Cheers! And yes...for this guy the sun tans my skin so I'm getting some color on me again.
