There are too many bitcoin forks to take seriously. Most of them will fade gently into the night. They will only get support from the exchanges only when and if these forks show that they are stable and there is a demand. Without which, there isn't any reason for the exchanges to even bother.

That said, I believe Kucoin released a statement recently saying they will support all bitcoin forks.
