Yep, under 500 is technically plankton, with a ill-defined informal 'red fish' level somewhere around 100-200 SP.
Congrats to @mannacurrency! I've been somewhat aware of UBI for a while and have become increasingly enamored with the idea over the last few months. It's been very interesting seeing a real world non-local UBI initiative take root.
