Balloons are simple but can make anyone smile. From small to large, we have all played with balloons, whether at birthdays, school events, or just buying them for fun on the side of the road. Its round shape and various colors always have a way of making the atmosphere more cheerful.

What's even more exciting is that balloons are not just decorations. There is a feeling of satisfaction when you fill the balloon with air until it is really big, but you are also nervous and afraid that it will suddenly pop. Especially if you compete with friends, who can blow the biggest blow without breaking it? For small children, balloons can be magical toys, thrown around, blown up, or even make strange sounds when the gas is inhaled (although this is not recommended!).

Outside of the world of playing around, balloons also have many cool uses. There are hot air balloons that can take people to fly to see the view from above, there are gas balloons for scientific purposes, and of course decorative balloons that make the party even more lively. This little thing may seem simple, but it always manages to make life more colorful. Balloons are also often a symbol of happiness and celebration. Just look at birthday parties, weddings, or inauguration events, there are definitely balloons flying everywhere. It feels like something is missing if there are no balloons, like something is incomplete. In fact, there is a tradition of releasing balloons into the sky as a sign of hope or prayer. Although it looks beautiful, now many are starting to realize that it can pollute the environment, so it's better to use other alternatives that are more environmentally friendly.

But yes, balloons are not always about fun. There are also moments where balloons can cause a little drama. For example, when we have worked hard to form animal balloons for our younger siblings or nephews, eh suddenly they burst. Or what's even more heartbreaking, when we are having fun playing with helium balloons, then they accidentally slip out of our hands and float high until we can't see them. We are immediately disappointed, but on the other hand, there is a sense of amazement watching the balloons disappear slowly in the sky.

What's even more unique is that balloons can also have a philosophical meaning. Sometimes we are taught to "let go of the balloon" as a symbol of moving on or leaving the burdens of life behind. Like a balloon flying into the sky, we also need to learn to let go of things we can no longer hold.
