The fact that no one can deny the fact all babies sleeping is like an angels.

But, in fact, we think angels have wings, but do babies have wings?
We believe angels will be shined brightly,
but is the light shining on the babies?

We believe Angels are only good for us,
but are babies just good?
Rather, babies come up to their parents and then the baby merely pull their parents' hair,
to greedy, to pitch, to drop books on the shelf,
to buy a toy at Wal-Mart, to wake them up when their parent want to take a nap,
It is not easy to find good things from babies.

Nevertheless, why is it that the baby sleeping is like an angel?
Perhaps that's because the moments when babies sleeping are what their parents want to do for something.
Do we believe an angel will be helping for a human?
It seems as if the baby is like an angel because the moment that the baby sleeps is the moment when the baby helps the parents as the angel helps the human being.
As a father with at least a 5 year old baby I want to interpret it in that way.

누구라도 부인하지 못할 사실은 모든 아기들이 잠을 자는 모습은 천사같다라는 것이다.
하지만, 사실 우리들은 천사들이 날개를 가지고 있다고 생각하지만 아기들에게 날개가 있을까?
천사들에게 찬란한 빛이 비춰질거라고 생각하지만 아기들에게 환한 빛이 비춰지고 있는가?

천사들은 착한 일만 한다고 생각하지만 아기들이 착한 일만 할까?
오히려 아기들은 부모에게 다가와서 아기가 부모의 머리카락 잡아당기기,
욕심부리기, 투정부리기, 선반위의 책들을 바닥에 떨어뜨리기,
월마트에서 장난감 사달라고 조르기, 낮잠자려고 하면 흔들어 깨우기,
아기들에게 착한 모습을 찾아보는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다.

그럼에도 불구하고, 잠을 자고 있는 아기의 모습이 천사같다라고 하는 이유는 무엇일까?
아마도 그것은, 아기들이 잠을 자는 그 순간은 부모가 하고 싶은 할 수 있기 때문이 아닐까싶다.
천사는 인간을 도와주는 존재라고 하지 않는가?
아기가 잠을 자는 그 순간이 천사가 인간을 도와 주듯 아기가 부모를 도와 주는 순간이기 때문에 아기가 천사같다라고 한 것 같다.

적어도 5살 아기를 가진 아빠로서 나는 그렇게 해석하고 싶다.
