What is Mudras yoga according to Ayurveda?
Mudra Yoga is when Fingers are coming together in a particular pattern and touched to each other.
Mudra mainly two types
I. Asanyunkt Mudra: Mudra Performed on each hand.
II. Sanyukt Mudra: Mudra performed by using both the hands.

Thumb: Fire Element
Index Finger: Air Element

Mudra working principle: Ayurveda mention every human is constituted of 3 doshas.
I. Vata Dosha

Hands warm up before mudra.
I. Make a First on both your palms hold for a few seconds and then release the first and extend the fingers outwards repeat 8 – 10 times.
II. Clap lightly for 15-20 seconds without stopping repeat 2-3 times.
III. Rub your palms together for around 40-45 seconds so that they become warm.
