After you ran into problems with these bots, I'd suggest you open a new account and start over from scratch. Yes, it's boring... but if they are this obtuse and can't listen to reason, what else can you do?

    Yes, i was also going to comment that. Best thing is just start over with new account and transfer your steem. There is not much arguing with them and they don't care.
