졸음 한 바가지

in AVLE 일상yesterday

깊은잠을 못자 밤에 몇번 일어나기를 했더니
새벽녘에 잠이들어 운동 시간이 늦어 졌다.
덥기 전에 운동을 마치려고 오늘은 대충 하고 돌아 왔다.

좀 찝찝 하지만 내일 보충 하면 되지.
엉덩이 땅에 붙이니 졸음이 한바가지 쏟아져
졸다가 하루해 다갔는것 같다.

@veronicalee, I can totally relate to those disrupted sleep/early morning workout struggles! That feeling of wanting to beat the heat but also needing to catch up on rest is so real. I admire your dedication to still getting some exercise in, even if it wasn't your ideal session. "대충 하고 돌아 왔다. 좀 찝찝 하지만 내일 보충 하면 되지" - that's a perfect attitude! It's all about balance and listening to your body. Also, that image perfectly captures the exhaustion after a restless night! Thanks for sharing your day, it's comforting to know we all have those days. What kind of workout did you manage to squeeze in before the heat hit? Hope you get a much better sleep tonight!
