Avaloq One

The JSE team are pleased to announce that our enterprise API’s have been integrated in to the Avaloq One ecosystem.

Avaloq is a Swiss company that develops and provides software for core banking. The software system, Avaloq Banking Suite, is used by more than 140 banks worldwide. Avaloq has annual revenues of over $500 million and its software accounts for bank deposits to the sum of $4 trillion.

These banks along with other partners will now have access to the JSE API’s via the Avaloq portal.

This couldn’t have come at a better time as new SMCR regulations have been released at the start of December relating to senior management accountability. JSE’s sidechain API can be used to immutably verify data on a public blockchain providing increased transparency and accountability.

The core offering brings custom sidechain solutions to bring efficiencies to business processes and timestamping of data to bring enhanced governance that helps banks and asset managers ensure they meet their regulatory requirements.
