#Poll:35 Do you wear a Tie?

once i did, just once ... when i was 17 , for the prom-queen cos i HAD TO (have her) ... never again since ... i doubt i would if Bill Gates offered me a billion to wear one to a meeting :) (but you can always try, Bill :p, never know until you try, right ?)
Personally i think it's a symbol of submission, a voluntary noose that symbolizes your fealty and the fact someone has power over you. It's also a uniform, but that is probably why it's so popular, a bit like those expensive watches people buy to "stand out" while hundreds of thousands have them ?
I'm not judging who does, mkay ? If someone NEEDS to look in the mirror and wear a suit as a security blanket to boost their self-confidence they should just do that

but i'm judging those who consider it some kind of unwritten biblical rule that you HAVE TO , what the hell does it say about you if you wear it , see that's judging those who would judge me and judging not those who don't :)

because you HAVE TO ?

:) ... back with on-demand mainstream popular opinion :)

i got a nice anecdote there for whoever didnt follow the bloody history or watched the bloody movie lol : when Pablo Escobar went into politics (his biggest mistake ever, they refused him access to parliament, and you know WHY ? because he buried umpteen cops and rats ? because he got more money before breakfast than they did in a week ? because he was a threat to popularity by building housing and schools - well he started out quite well imo, it just got bad when it became a testosterone contest)

they refused him access, for not wearing a tie :)
