Astrology August 23 2018. Hell Breaks Loose!

What a start to the morning.

It feels like all hell broke loose in the world — or at least on Facebook lol. Posts being taken down as spam left right and center, many posts saying ‘is there a Full Moon because people are nut’ or something similar.

And, well, yes, there is a Full Moon coming in three days but it’s not just that.

Rx and out of bounds Mars is stationing to turn direct on the 27th and the Capricorn Moon hit that Mars this morning before going void and holy shit.

Facebook must have been playing with it’s algorithms to censor content because almost every single link was being taken down as spam.

So cue the theories, the paranoia and the fear.

Whilst I suspect that FB was tightening up it’s censorship I don’t think this morning was intentional.

It was however, completely insane for a while there.

All hell did break loose.

Kind of glad I had to drive to things so I could get away from it for a while.

Now the Moon is just about to move into inventive Aquarius so I don’t expect things to calm down all that much.

The Sun is now in Virgo, so happy birthday Virgos, and Virgo can be a worrier and to live in analysis paralysis. And the Sun is connected to Regulus who moved into Virgo in 2011.

Burning through the restrictions of the day. Taking on and transmuting the world of ordinary consciousness. We are in a world of mayhem right now. many don’t know what to believe any more and there is a lot of confusion and edgy, nervous energy. I actually have a tension headache this morning as I am picking up on the energies.

When the Moon moves into Aquarius she will make one of those ‘itch you can’t scratch’ aspects (inconjunct) to the Sun and also square Rx Uranus and sextile Rx Chiron.

This all adds to the un-easy energy.

It feels whacky and nuts.

Not necessarily all bad. Just heightened and edgy.

Inward eruptions of rogue that are leaking out at times like the volcano erupting at night.

We are coming to terms with the posts Eclipse shifts and, in fact, the shifts of the last few years. Since Regulus moved into Virgo we have had so much shifting energy through the Uranus/Pluto square from 2012–2015 that began some major transformations including the rise of the right wing (great article on that here).

At a personal level I have experienced and witnessed major personal transformations including ‘coming out’ as an Astrologer and studying under great teachers and beginning my professional practice.

There are amazing opportunities underlying all this but many feel as if they don’t know themselves any more and that’s uncomfortable. I even had a client actually say they are having to get to know themselves all over again.

You may also feel that way.

This is neither bad nor good, it just is. We are being changed and that isn’t always comfortable and chilled.

Stay out of the crazy today. Do something to calm the nervous system if yours is in overdrive.

The potential with Virgo is to get a lot of shit done if you stay in your zone.
