Heart channelling, March 14th 2018

Rest now child, rest. You have earned it. Be prepared to go deeper, deeper then you have ever gone. The time for planing is not now. Now is a time for physical integration. Take care of your body and relax your mind. Sleep when you are tired and don't put too much on your agenda. If you don't know if you should do something or not, then don't, just wait. If you know what to do then do it. Don't over complicate things, don't try to figure everything out. Don't think you need to resolve anything. Don't worry, be happy. Meditate, rest, eat lightly. Focus on the frequencies in your body. Feel into the new waves of energy and anchor them in your field. Anchor, emanate and expand these frequencies of well being into the physical realm. We need anchors and pillars of this new light in the human realm. Nothing is of more value at this time. It is the essence of the focus of the now moment.

Anchor in these vibrations first into your bones. Then expand bit by bit. Meditate on the awareness of the sensations of the frequencies in your body. Then radiate out and smile. Rest some more and relax. All is as it should be. Before you know it you will open your eyes to a new reality. Don't try and get there, effort bears no fruit for this. It can only arrive by letting it happen. By letting go, by no longer trying. Your shift occurs naturally by relaxing into it. The mind or the matrix mind is all about resistance. It's patterns and belief structures anchored to emotions are the veil. The veil can only fall or fade away when you let go of it. It cannot be forced or pursued. It is everything contrary to what your mind knows.

Even the design of the human being cannot attain this shift. You cannot use what you have to get there. What you have is the veil. The veil cannot free itself by using it's own construct. That's why the only way to shift is to let go. You cannot let go in an effort, you cannot make it a goal. You cannot ask it to occur, it just happens on it's own when you stop trying and not when you expect it. You cannot wait for it or expect it either. Those are just more mind patterns, or design programs to keep you away.

This time is different. It's not about simply freeing ourselves from the human experiment. It's about integrating and rewriting the human design experience. It's not about escaping the matrix this time. How many times will you be trapped until you realise that you do not need to escape. Realise that there is no spoon and that it doesn't need to be controlled or managed or avoided or whatever. It is a manifestation that's all. It's something to be witnessed and experienced without judgement or blame or criticism. Allowing and relaxing are not things to do, they are simply a relinquishing of holding on. A relinquishing of fear. A state of fearlessness in not faith or trust, but in knowing. Knowing you are alright, knowing or remembering what you are that is not perishable and that cannot be scathed. You are untouchable in suffering in your essence. You are the movement of bliss and creation. You are awareness and you are all things.

Rest now, rest. The only thing that matters now is your body. Your body is the key. It is what you want to bring back with you from this adventure. It is your prize. It is your accomplishment and it is your labour of love. You have played and dabbled in this realm. You now know what to keep and what to discard. The design is beautiful and you love it. We love it. It's a magnificent creation, your best piece of work yet. A masterpiece. So beautiful it makes us cry. You are incredible and the wonders of your being never stops to amaze me. I love you. Do you remember that ?

The beta version is complete. All scenarios have been played out. Now that all the kinks have been ironed out, we can proceed with the official release of Human 3.0 Super Being. So wonderful, so wonderful. Such an incredible creation, truly. The universe is in so much appreciation and cannot wait to try it out. You have been so brave, so courageous, so loving and so generous.
