This documentary on AI ("Do You Trust This Computer?") is provocative and available to watch for free for a couple of days. There's a section at around the 55 min mark that talks about social media data and Cambridge Analytica, which is timely right now.
The technology has come very far indeed. And there are a lot of potential dangers. Glad that you are spreading the word, so everyone can learn more about it!
