'The Mask'
A firey exposition of warm colours in the bottom of the frame, undoubtedly creates a feeling of a fire burning underneath the dark face mask. I call it the mask because it is a three-dimensional plastic element, not a drawn one, which is quite rare when it comes to street art. The uniqueness makes it interesting.
The upper two-thirds are in cold tones, with cyan and gree dominating, what plays well with the bottom. To paint the main element very dark is also not common practice. It gives a scary, fearful feeling to it, doesn't it?
There are numerous writings. I am not sure if they add or take away from the image. I can see them going in both directions. We could do without them but I cannot label them with certainty as a disturbing element.

Something different in this picture. When I first saw this picture it looks scary but after reading your article again I watched and checked bit by bit. It’s not scary any more.
I wonder what the artist thinking while painting this.

Well, there is no doubt at all the art is so tremendous and awesome because of it's uniqueness. But to be very honest it is very scary for me as it gives me horror feelings. It feels a big black face is putting there whole white and black eyes are searching something in the sky. Look at those double black spots aren't they looking like two hands.
By the way your editing and sense of creativity is really appreciable to make this art more unique Bro @velimir :)
There is a game with the colors of the Jamaican flag very interesting, @velimir! The face with the inscription on the forehead can be disturbing, but when you see that your eyes are raised and your face in penitent position, it acquires a more human and redeeming tone.
