If you suspect I was influenced by Tolkien, you are partially right: I never have any specific thing in mind when I start a drawing, it is only after I completed that "trip" I try to figure a title out - so "Lord of the Rings", and Sauron's Eye sort of suggested themselves to me. This is not the same old, same old (when you google images) - in my universe, things are different.

Wow this is incredible :) so much detail, depth and story within this. I love drawing, it’s great to get lost within it, flow from the mind and have peace where all you think of is what you’re putting onto paper! I’ve just started again, just with pen at the moment, I like how it feels, but I need to practice with pencil more:) I look forward to seeing more of yours! Love to see art here 😀
thanks - the main thing is to have fun - if it is hard work, then I shun it, because I am rather lazy, but when the drawing becomes a trip into the unknown, I can go at it for hours on end and forget to eat........
