Developing the creativity of children | Cardboard Hat – TUTORIAL
Hello STEEMIT! Welcome to our virtual classroom! Today I bring you a fun tutorial, where I will teach you how to make an incredible hat, using cardboard that is a very economical and very easy to obtain material. So I invite you to continue enjoying this fun journey in which the little ones can go, little by little, developing ingenuity and approaching the artistic work accompanied by their classroom teachers and parents.
What are they waiting for?
This easy-to-make technique allows you to make all kinds of hats, caps and many other things, using cheap and easy-to-obtain materials. Do not wait any longer and look for a sheet of cardboard and transform it into a beautiful hat.

Materials:
- Cardboard sheet.
- Molds.
- Markers.
- Foamy or Eva Foam.
- Rule.
- Scissors
- Ribbons.
- Hot silicone applicator.
Process
Step 1. First, draw a circle with the size of the circumference of your head and retract it.
Step 2. Now, draw and cut out two other circles, the first a centimeter smaller than the circumference of your head, and the other one a larger size so that it forms the wing.
Step 3. Then, trim the inner part of the wing in the form of eyelashes.
Step 4. Cut a rectangular strip the height you want your hat and the length of the circumference of your head.
Step 5. Now, trim the top edge of the strip, in the form of eyelashes, and mark with the tip of the ruler all the folds, to facilitate the assembly of your hat.
Step 6. Finally, we put our hat on, using hot silicone.
Step 7. Finally decorate your hat according to your fantasy.

With this step-by-step explanation, children (accompanied and guided by their elders), can learn to develop their skills and practical thoughts and in turn take advantage of this beautiful accessory. In addition, they will be taught how to work in an organized manner, allowing them to expand their technique of observation, organization and classification of materials; and most importantly, they can analyze the objects and ingeniously handle these elements.
Thank you all for accompanying me in this simple and creative work, where we can easily develop a nice cardboard hat ideal to take to the costume parties.
