Physical arts require physical strength especially but it also does good in mental health. The mental strength for martial arts is also very important and the investigation has shown that the caretaker's brain can better control the body's body. This is followed by an interesting question whether martial arts are those who learn these skills or increase their capabilities from martial arts. In the past investigation has shown that exercise improves attention. Martial arts can be said that activity in this game requires mental exercise as well as meditation. In a recent study, 21 amusurious adults, who used martial arts (karate, judo etc.) and 27 adults who had no experience in this game were examined. This exam was divided into three sections. This section was 1. Be aware, 2. Moving attention to one another, and 3. There are many types of martial arts. Their philosophy, procedures, exercises and meditation are different. However, its main objective is to compete. This competition is attacked and defended, which needs to be attractive and alert and respond to the correct opportunity. The research quotes from the research revealed that the participants who participated in martial arts were better than those who did not participate. It is also seen that those who have long been associated with martial arts have long influence on their minds and their ability to pay attention is better. So we can say that Martial Arts is also useful for the mind with the body.
