A surreal vision of a world that can't escape those ever-watchful eyes

"Vomitus Eyes"

I drew this in biro whilst sat on a Cornish beach in the lovely summer sun about 10 years ago, I subsequently finished it off in Photoshop.

Initially it was just a tiny doodle but eventually the detail and theme grew and became this nightmarish, 1984-esque view of the world. On the face of it, there's a bright white clean facade but dig a little deeper and it ooses with darkness, sewers, worms and most of all eyes nestled within watching from every crevice.

The guy above symbolises humanity, spewing out a dark world which at the same time is enveloping him 'Ouroboros' style

In this zoom you can see the creepy surveillance peeping out from a looming bastion of power and many faceless individuals being funneled through the lower system.

Nothing beats dropping a bucket into the dark well of your imagination on a bright sunny day.
