Tranquil

in #art6 years ago

Hello all, I wanted to share another painting of mine with you. This one was created a little under two years ago in Jonathan Solter's class at VAVA. It was painted with the intention of bringing a sense of peace to the viewer, guiding them toward the eternal, silent stillness within.

Don't know about being guided towards tranquility (I don't think I'm the type that's good at being guided or tranquil XD) but I do love the colours especially in the clouds, and the little glowing plants on the ground :)

Thanks! @ryivhnn I'm glad that the work is appreciated :)

Amazing work!! My kind of style.

Thank you, I'm glad it resonates! @lukinsawyer

Caught this via @ryivhnn’s resteem. Rather than being guided up, the more I look at it, the more I imagine things coming out of the light and flying down disturbing the tranquility. ;)
Lovely work.

@linnyplant Thank you! It's always fun to hear the different ways people reflect on a painting :)

Absolutely gorgeous, @philjoannides... There is a sense of stillness and mystery, in this one... A feeling of night's everlasting colours <3 I love it very much !!!

@veryspider Thank you so much, this makes me glad :)
