I used a colour pencils and a thin marker.
Each colour has a few gradations of luminance!
For example, if i drew hair i used only 3 gradation of the colour (highlight Blue-blue-shadowblue)
(white-grey-darker grey)
In those anime drawings i didnt use more than 3 gradations of each colour.
And almost one gradation of skin colour + A little darker colour where it should be shadows on the face
Actually that's why it looks like anime! :D
