Some of my drawings (part 3)

Besides the usual I usually also like to have fun with abstract images (as seen in one of the black and white ones)
Now for this next drawing, I decided that I'd show a couple of pictures during the process of drawing. The pencils I >used are aquarelle pencils I used 3 shades of blue, 3 shades of purple, and a little red and white here and there and off >course a black 0.2 liner for the lines.

Working my way out time-consuming adding 4 layers as I go and even messed up the middle, It is a bit too dark :(

So just like with "yoga for the mind" in my first post this is kind of a brain teaser yet you really need to look carefully.
it might help if you don't focus on the middle, anyway I call this one "open X" don't ask me why my mind works in >mysterious ways ;)

This one was actually the first time I ever really tried to draw someone, It became more of a cartoon character than a real-life looking match however she liked it so it was fun making it.
