Handmade 3D Art - Amiga Ball
Who says that drawing with a 3D pen, is mostly for kids?
One of the first things I drew was an Amiga ball. It was surprisingly difficult for a newbie like me to build something like that :) But I did it!
Tools used
- Scribbler Nano 3D pen
- Scribbler fillaments
- Lots of patience
Process
I created 4 pairs of circles of different sizes.
I connected the circles (one on top of the other) at a distance of aprox 1 cm. This was pretty difficult to do :)
I filled the wireframe with a semi-transparent pattern.
Final version - Ta-daaaam!
First try (testing)
In work
Final version
I made this around Xmas, so this is my yearly snowman :)
To be continued
Thanks for watching, I hope it inspires you and keep in touch for more!

This makes me miss my A500. Thinking about finding one on eBay.
Nice :) I got mine on eBay, and I'm really happy with it. What did you do with yours?
It's always nice to see someone else appreciating the Commodore Amiga.
Thank you @unacomn for the nice comment and resteeming :)
Do you have any retro computers at home?
Not anymore, sadly. I had a russian MS-0511, but I gave it away to someone and now it's lost to time. Same with the old HC that barely worked.
Nice! And sad that you gave it away. Ever thought of buying one again? Second hand and restored of course.
wow, this thing seems crazy...
Haha thanks :) It was really fun to build.
seems so... :)
Awesome, being able to create such complex artworks and literally bring it to life is just amazing!
And this is just the beginning :)
That's great! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your art, keep sharing your creativity with us.
