Mauro Filigheddu - Art - Going towards abstraction

After my first exhibition (1989) mostly figurative I turned to a kind of abstraction. Beyond the work 'Faces' I made in 1991 my style began to appear. I made this woman, it is still a little figurative because you can see the woman, but the style is going toward abstraction. I never sold it because my wife likes it too much.
I had an important request from a famous gallery but I had to say no.
The work was made in 1994.
