For this Evening's edit, I choose a photo I had taken a day it so ago of an interesting Cloud formation at Sunset.

I Mirrored the photo, after lighting adjustments, and also added some mild stretching to outer edges.

Finally added effects, water as well as birds, etc..
Then Smoothing, Vignette, Lighting and done!
