The textured side of masonite is rough. It eats up the paint. It's not like the smooth side at all, it's the opposite. The paint cakes into the little crevices and you have to fight with it to make the image.l

how does it feel to paint on textured masonite, I know usually it's usually very smooth, how does it differ than painting on canvas?

The picture is soo bright, it's like it could glow in the dark
