First, make sure your artwork is in tip top condition, extra and unwanted markings should be erased, if you want to retouch, redefine colour etc. You can do them at the last minute before sending.

Once you are contented with whatever additions/erasures you've done, you need to get your materials.

Materials
⏺️ Plastic tube (should be long)
⏺️ Big sheets of paper (cartolina)
⏺️ Smaller sheets of paper (should be thick to protect the drawing)
⏺️ Tape (to seal)
⏺️ Bubble wrap (optional)

Okay so, the process is simple. Just find a way to securely put the art inside the tube withour being damaged in any way.

HERE'S MY METHOD

✔️ Carefully detach your art from its pad or wherever it's attached to.
Tanggalin mula sa sketchpad ang drawing. Mag ingat at baka masira o magisi ito

Ripping your artwork is worst case scenario. We don't want that to happen. Find ways to neatly get it off. If there are minor tears and chunks missing, you can snip it off thinly with scissors. But this greatly affects the art in terms of framing.
So please be very careful.

Here's my tube, any brand will do. If the tube isn't hard enough, use more paper to protect the artwork.

✔️ Next, get your cartolina or any thick/large piece of paper and some smaller ones too!
Kumuha ng kartolina at papel na kasinlaki ng papel ng artwork niyo at dito ibabalot ang drawing

Layer the paper so it's thick and protects the center, your art.

It's like this, bigger paper on the outer part smaller ones in the center.
Yung kartolina ang nasa labas, at siguraduhing nasa gitna ang drawing mo at protektado ito

Then you roll it, tape it securely. This way the paper remains untouched since the paper (kartolina) is longer lengthwise and is wrapped around the main artwork along with other layers of paper.
Dahil mahaba yung kartolina at nakabalot sa drawing, di masisira yung gilid ng art mo kahit ma kalog pa yan

Then seal it, put a label if you must.

All you need: paper and tape

✔️ Send it! Your tube doesn't need a box so don't pay extra for something unnecessary.

You'll need some bubble wrap if you want to be sure it won't dent. But it really won't.

I didn't get bubble wrap to save the environment from extra plastic

Nagtanong po ako sa LBC at sa 2GO. Itong dalawang padalahan palang ang nasusubukan ko. Pumapayag sila na "tube" lang ang ipadala kahit wala nang box.
Gagastos ka ng
₱250.00 - ₱300.00
Kung saan didikitan lang nila ng sticker at ilalagay sa plastic (minsan wala din sticker lang)
Wala din itong bubble wrap kaya bumili ka nalang. Di sila nagbebenta.

Kapag ipina cargo box mo gagastos ka ng:
₱750.00 - ₱1000.00
Syempre kaya nga tayo gumamit ng tube kasi matibay at sigurado naman na di malulukot.
Pwera nalang kung naka frame ang drawing, pwede mong i-cargo box.

Other methods
⏺️ Use an expanding envelope if your artwork fits the dimensions
⏺️ Use a small plastic briefcase

These fit sizes 8 x 10 inces to A4
Or long and short bond paper in length.
It is considered as document file which cost less:
₱150-200
Marami pong padalahan tulad nf JRS, kung pamilyar po kayo dun, subukan niyo.
