My entry for Draw it Again Challenge! #1 by @jillustrations
It's Wednesday again. For this weeks Art Wednesday I upload my contest entry. As always I forgot to record my single steps >_<. When I start I forget everything else around me. Overall it took round about 6 hours to do the sketch and color it.
First the sketch. On the left side is the oldest digital picture I had. As I remember this was my first scanned picture and also my second digital colored picture. For my redrawed sketch I tried to find a similar pose but more dynamic than the picture of 2001. The armor is the armor the character wore ingame (Ultima Online)
I thougth I would not have enough time to color it but I wanted to try. That's why the color of the new sketch looks a bit plain. I could add more details and be more picky but that would need more time. And I could color forever. The BG is also very rough but this was only nice to have. My focus was the character.

Hey, thanks for your nice comment. It was my first time to redraw an old piece of my art but I can recommend this. It was very interesting to see the old and new picture side by side. Iit is very motivating to go on and exercise
