Life after death

We stumbled upon this amazing work of art in a small village called Arani, which is fairly close to our city. The tree is dead, for a long time obviously, but the message it sends is more alive than anything.

Who knows who planted this tree and when exactly, it must have been at least a hundred years ago, but the person who did plant it, surely didn't know what the tree will give birth to after its death.

Some artist, unknown to us, saw the figure of Christ inside it, and with the skills he had, guided by emotions, decided to set it free.
His work deserves praise, and we're sure he didn't receive it only from us.
