Hello Steemer's :)

G'day from Australia.
I'm a total noob here, but I am truly excited about the potential of STEEM.
Absolutely frustrated with the banality of popular, centralised and controlled social media such as Facebook, Snapchat etc, I, along with millions of other reasonably free-minded and open thinkers have known, that sooner, rather than later, the free-market would find effective ways to create more meaningful technological means to share ideas and information in a (hopefully) supportive and incentive based manner.
I'm optimistic about STEEM and it's potential to do this.
Without creating a strict pigeon hole for myself to fit in, I regard myself to be an artist, primarily, a painter, illustrator etc. I also enjoy photography, reading about many subjects such as philosophy, the history of politics and natural history for example.
I am a lover of sincere, rather than serious people, of the irrepressible creative and free spirit that is of the nature of humanity.
I look forward to sharing my ideas, my art and photography and above all, learning how to learn better!
As I said before, I am also excited to see what you fellow STEEM'ers can do with this new social media platform.
